Off-campus applications often involve repeating similar information across different employers. The temptation is to find one “Infosys, Wipro and Accenture resume format” and use it everywhere. A better starting point is one accurate source document and a separate checklist for each actual opening.
This article is a preparation workflow, not a statement that the three employers share a resume template, upload system or selection rule. Their public careers pages were reviewed on 26 September 2026. Current application controls and notices govern the submission.
Use the employer page for the current rules
Start from Infosys graduate careers, Wipro early careers or the Accenture careers guidance, then choose the relevant location and opening. Accenture's linked general advice is not an India-specific eligibility notice.
Record the exact role or programme, job reference where available, requirements and application deadline if one is published. Verify the accepted attachment format in the active application. Do not carry a file-size limit or eligibility threshold from another employer or an older recruitment cycle.

Everything is asking for attention.
Closely packed headings and text leave fewer visual signposts. Try the other treatment.
Build a small evidence matrix
For each requirement, record the project, internship or work entry that demonstrates it. Mark whether the requirement is clearly met, needs clarification or is not supported by your experience. That last category matters: a missing qualification cannot be repaired by repeating a keyword.
| Vacancy asks for | Useful resume evidence | What to keep accurate |
|---|---|---|
| A programming language | A task you completed with it | Coursework versus professional use |
| Collaboration | Your role in a shared deliverable | Individual contribution versus team outcome |
| Analysis | The question, data and conclusion | Real data versus a classroom exercise |
| Communication | A report, presentation or handover | Your audience and responsibility |
This is an editorial checklist. It is not a scoring system used by any named employer.
Tailor without rewriting your history
Reorder relevant projects and adjust descriptions so the work connects to the role. Preserve official titles, dates, qualifications and measured results. If you are applying to substantially different role families, maintain separate versions rather than forcing one summary to promise everything.
Before submitting, read the job reference beside the file. Look for leftover company names in an objective or cover letter. Check that the attachment and form show the same graduation status and employment dates.
Keep versions easy to identify
Use a private tracker with employer, role reference, application date, file version and known status. A filename such as your name plus the role and date can help you distinguish files; it is an organisation method, not an employer requirement. Retain the final file you actually sent.
When a recruiter asks for an update, start from the matching application version. Do not accidentally return a later draft tailored to a different vacancy. Treat any requested additional information as a separate task and check the recipient before sharing it.
The resume versions guide explains how to organise variants. If the application came through your college, use the campus placement checklist as well. Guul has no affiliation with the employers named here and makes no claim of employer-specific approval.
