Transparent pricing & refunds
What Guul charges, what the 30-day refund covers, why exports never carry a watermark, and how cancelling differs from deleting your account. If another resume builder is still charging you, the links below explain what to do. Guul cannot refund charges from other companies.
One Resume
One Resume costs $4.99 USD one time (₹299 for purchases made from India). Importing and editing are free. It gives unlimited PDF, Word and plain-text downloads of that one resume for 30 days from purchase. It does not renew. Choose it when you need one finished resume, not a year of access you will not use.
See every option on the Guul pricing page. For more on paying once, read the one-time payment resume builder page. To compare Guul with other resume builders, with dated prices, read our resume builder pricing comparison.
All plans
The table lists US dollar base prices and published India prices. Plans without a rupee price are charged in US dollars. India prices apply to eligible purchases made from India; changing your browser locale does not establish eligibility. Existing subscriptions retain their billing currency. Pro plans
Pro plans renew until you cancel. Pro Annual costs $99.00 USD per year (₹3,999 for purchases made from India). Choose a Pro plan when you expect to keep making resumes over weeks or months. Cancel before the next renewal if your search ends. Cancelling does not delete your account. Use the data-deletion page when you want your data removed.
30-day refund policy (Guul purchases)
Our Terms say all paid purchases are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email support@guul.io within 30 days of a charge and Guul refunds it in full to your original payment method. That includes purchases where you already downloaded your resume or report. The guarantee applies once per product per customer. We may decline a refund only in cases of demonstrable fraud or abuse.
This covers Guul charges only. Other resume builders have their own refund rules. Our cancel guides explain each one.
No watermark
Exported resumes never carry Guul branding or a watermark, on any plan. This is a permanent rule, not a limited-time offer. You still need a one-time purchase or a Pro plan for PDF, Word and plain-text downloads. Read more about building a resume without a subscription and getting a clean PDF of a Canva resume.
Cancelling is not deleting
- Cancel stops future renewals, under that product’s rules. It does not give you a refund by itself.
- Delete removes your account data through a separate process. If you have a subscription you want stopped, cancel it first.
- With other resume builders, save your exports before you cancel or delete. Importing your resume into Guul does not stop their billing.
To cancel Pro, see how to cancel Pro. Step-by-step cancel guides for other builders are in Resume Rescue. If a cancel button is missing or does not work, read what to do when the cancel button is broken.
Charges you do not recognise, or that continue after cancelling
Your card statement sometimes shows the company that processed the payment (for example Paddle) instead of the brand you remember. Our guides help you work out who charged you and where to go to stop it. Guul cannot reverse those charges.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is One Resume?

Importing and editing are free. India prices apply to eligible purchases made from India; changing your browser locale does not establish eligibility. When should I choose Pro Annual instead?
Pro Annual costs $99.00 USD per year (₹3,999 for purchases made from India) and renews until you cancel. It suits you if you expect to make many resumes or use Pro features throughout a long search. If you only need one finished resume, One Resume is enough.
Can I get a refund after downloading?
Yes, for Guul purchases. Our Terms give a 30-day money-back guarantee, and it still applies if you already downloaded your resume or report. Email support@guul.io within 30 days of the charge. The guarantee applies once per product per customer. We may decline a refund only in cases of demonstrable fraud or abuse.
Does Guul put a watermark on exports?
No. Guul does not put its branding or a watermark on exported resumes, on any plan. PDF, Word and plain-text downloads still need a one-time purchase or a Pro plan, so “no watermark” does not mean a free download.
If I cancel, is my account deleted?
No. Cancelling and deleting are different actions. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals under that plan’s rules. Deleting your account removes your data through a separate data-deletion process. With other resume builders, cancelling may not delete your files or give you a refund. Our cancel guides explain each one.
Can Guul refund a Zety, Resume.io or Paddle charge?
No. Guul cannot cancel or refund a charge from another company. Use that company’s official process, or the process of the company that billed you on its behalf. Our guides on unexpected charges help you work out who charged you.
