Is there a free trial?
Guul is free to start. Build and preview your resume and run basic ATS checks without a credit card. Buy a resume pack for 30 days of downloads from purchase, or upgrade to Pro for ongoing tools and downloads across saved resumes. Pro renews until canceled; One Resume never renews.
What happens to my resumes if I cancel?
Canceling stops future subscription renewals. You keep Pro access through the paid period. Your saved resumes remain available to view and edit afterward, with every template and free basic AI. Pro AI uses and new formatted downloads require valid access. Separate resume packs last until their own expiry date. Files you already downloaded remain yours.
Is the ATS checker free?
The basic ATS check is free and needs no credit card: your score and top findings. The full ATS report comes with One Resume, a one-time purchase for one resume: every finding, one job match, one check of how a hiring system you pick (such as Workday) is likely to read it, 30 days of ongoing resume checks in Builder, a clean report PDF, and PDF, Word and plain-text downloads of that resume. Pro includes it for all your resumes. Full private sharing remains a Pro feature.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases — and downloading your resume does not void it. Email support@guul.io from your purchase email within 30 days and we refund in full to your original payment method, typically within a few business days.
