How to cancel Pro
Cancel your Pro subscription from your account in a few steps. This page is only about Guul — not other resume builders. Canceling stops future renewals; it is not a refund and it does not delete your account.
One Resume does not auto-renew
One Resume costs $4.99 USD one time (₹299 for purchases made from India). It gives unlimited PDF and Word downloads of that one resume for 30 days from purchase, with no renewal. There is nothing to cancel. When those days end, new PDF and Word downloads of that resume need a new purchase or a Pro plan. Importing and editing stay free.

Cancel Pro
Guul uses Stripe’s Customer Portal for subscription changes. The steps below use the labels in Guul’s Settings today. If your screen shows slightly different wording, follow what your account shows.
- Sign in to Guul with the account that has Pro.
- Open Settings from your account menu, or choose Billing & subscription. You can also go directly to Billing & Plans in your settings.
- On the Billing & Plans tab, choose Manage or cancel subscription. Other labels that open the same portal include Manage in Stripe and Open Stripe Portal.
- In the Stripe Customer Portal, cancel Pro and finish every confirmation screen Stripe shows. Save the confirmation.
- Confirm that renewals are off and note the date paid access ends. Guul keeps Pro through that paid period.
Menu names can change. Trust the labels in your signed-in account over any screenshot. If you cannot open the portal, email support@guul.io from the address on the charged account.
Cancel is not a refund, and not deleting your account
- Cancel stops future Pro renewals. Access continues through the period you already paid for.
- Refund is a separate Guul policy: 30-day money-back on Guul charges, including after download, once per product per customer. Email support@guul.io within 30 days. See Pricing & refunds.
- Delete account removes your data through a separate process. Cancel Pro first if you want renewals stopped.
After you cancel
You keep Pro through the paid period. Afterward, saved resumes remain available to view and edit, with templates and free basic AI within its usage limits. Pro AI uses and new formatted downloads need valid access. Separate resume packs last until their own end date. Files you already downloaded remain yours.
If you only need one finished resume next time, One Resume ($4.99 one time) may be enough — it does not renew.

What if I do not see the same button labels?
