Dear [Hiring manager's name],
I run a fully remote virtual assistant practice supporting 5 retainer clients across e-commerce, legal and coaching since 2021, billing more than 140 hours a month without a missed deadline logged since 2022. I'm applying for the Virtual Assistant role at [Company name] because every one of my current clients came through a referral, and I want to add one more relationship built the same way.
I triage founder inboxes totaling more than 300 messages a day, holding a 4-hour response standard across Pacific, Eastern and Central European time zones, and I've built a library of more than 30 SOPs in Notion so a client can hand off a new task without a live walkthrough. I also reconcile roughly 200 transactions a month in QuickBooks Online for two clients, cutting month-end close from 6 days to 2.
I'm a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, and I work daily in Asana, Google Workspace and Zoom across client accounts. Earlier in my career I ran 15 to 20 meetings a week across US and UK time zones with zero double-bookings over 14 months, and I still build every new client's calendar with that same margin for error.
I'd welcome the opportunity to bring that same reliability to [Company name], and I'm glad to start with a smaller trial scope to show how I work before committing to a full retainer. Thank you for considering my application.
Best regards,
Yuki Hernandez
