Your documents. Your choices.
Know what you are sharing, where your work stays and how to remove it.
Guest results and drafts
The checker keeps a return shortcut to a guest result in the current browser tab for 15 minutes. Use Clear this result on the report to remove that checker copy. A resume opened in Builder is a separate local draft and can remain in browser storage until it is removed or site data is cleared.
Signing in can save documents to your account. Clearing a browser result does not delete account documents, public links or server processing records.
Guul can keep a processed resume import for reuse for seven days. After expiry it is no longer used, and scheduled cleanup removes it. Account documents, logs and provider processing have separate retention rules.
Storage and deletion controlsReview sensitive information before uploading
Resume checks process the file you provide. AI features can send relevant content to service providers. Remove information you do not have permission to share, including confidential client or deal details and other people’s contact details.
A checker cannot establish whether a particular disclosure is permitted. Avoid uploading material restricted by an employer or client agreement. Contact support if you need clarification about processing before sharing it.
Read the privacy policyPublic score links
Creating a score link is a separate sharing action. Anyone with the link can view the score card for 14 days unless it is revoked sooner. The card excludes your name, contact details, file name and resume text. Review the card before you share it.
Manage or revoke a score link in the Share your ATS score dialog in the tab that created it. Clearing your checker result does not revoke that link. Revoke it first if you want it taken down.
