Ashby documents resume parsing, configurable application forms and opt-in AI features, including AI-assisted application review. An employer decides which features to use. Guul can help you review your resume, but it does not offer an Ashby-specific parsing profile or a live connection to an employer’s Ashby account.
Parsing and AI-assisted review
Ashby’s AI documentation includes enhanced resume parsing and AI-assisted application review among opt-in features. It is therefore inaccurate to claim Ashby never uses AI in screening. The documentation does not reveal the settings or decision policy of the employer you are applying to.
Application questions are configurable
Ashby lets employers configure application forms and posting-specific questions. Answer the questions actually presented, and distinguish required information from optional choices. A third-party resume check cannot see that configuration.
What Guul can help with
Use Guul to inspect readability and resume information before applying. Its named modeled families do not include Ashby. A result from another family must not be presented as what Ashby will capture or as a prediction of its decision.
