How to cancel your Teal+ subscription

Teal’s Help Center treats canceling and refunds as separate steps. Canceling stops billing at the end of the current period; it does not refund you. Teal explains how to cancel in Account Settings, and asks you to check the red banner that shows when your subscription will end. To ask for a refund, email membersupport@tealhq.com within the time limit for your plan. Guul cannot cancel or refund Teal for you. Save your exports first, then import them if you want a one-time Guul download.

Save your files first

Before you touch billing, preserve what you already wrote. Moving a draft does not cancel the old subscription.

  1. Download any resumes or job-tracker exports Teal still allows while you have access.
  2. Copy your most important bullets into a text file on your device.
  3. Screenshot the layouts you care about.
  4. Keep the receipt email and note your plan type (weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual).

How to cancel a Teal+ subscription

These steps come from Teal’s own pages. Guul cannot cancel for you.

    Open Teal Account Settings

    Sign in to Teal and open Account Settings. Teal’s Help article “Updating & Cancelling Your Teal+ Subscription” covers this. On a phone, scroll down to see your subscription details.

    Cancel or change your Teal+ subscription

    Use the cancel or update options in Account Settings, and follow the confirmation on screen. Names can change, so trust the live Help article over screenshots.

    Check the red cancellation banner

    Teal’s cancellation policy says to check your end date in Account Settings, in the red banner that says when your subscription is set to cancel. If there is no banner, email membersupport@tealhq.com before your next bill.

    Ask for a refund separately if you qualify

    Canceling does not refund you. Email membersupport@tealhq.com with your reason for canceling and your account email. Teal lists these time limits from the start of the billing period: weekly 2 days, monthly 7 days, quarterly and annual 14 days. Check Teal’s current Help article to confirm. Guul does not process Teal refunds.

Refunds

Teal’s Help Center says canceling does not trigger a refund. You must email membersupport@tealhq.com within the time limit for your plan (2, 7, or 14 calendar days). Asking does not guarantee a refund. Guul does not process Teal refunds.

Importing a draft into Guul does not cancel Teal+. Teal’s Help Center says the cancel takes effect at the end of the period, so check the date in the red banner.
