Oracle Fusion Cloud Recruiting has separate product documentation from Oracle Taleo. Oracle documents configurable resume-parsing partners and languages, including RChilli provisioning for Recruiting Booster. The employer’s enabled integrations affect the actual parsing workflow.
Keep Oracle products distinct
Advice about Taleo should not be treated as a specification for Fusion Cloud Recruiting. Even within Fusion Cloud Recruiting, an integration’s availability does not show which parser or languages a particular employer has enabled.
Parsing partners and configuration
Oracle’s 24B release documentation describes RChilli auto-provisioning for Recruiting Booster and configuration around parsing partners and languages. It provides evidence of configurable integrations, not a universal accuracy claim for every file format or layout.
Resume length and field review
Use enough space to explain relevant experience and follow any explicit length requirement. This review did not establish a universal page count that always parses correctly. Check names, roles, dates and education wherever the application exposes imported fields.
- Follow the employer’s file and application instructions
- Use clear headings and readable text
- Keep job titles, employers and dates accurate
- Explain relevant skills with evidence from your work
- Review any information imported from the resume
- Choose optional disclosures and communication preferences deliberately
