ADP describes recruiting tools and configurable talent-acquisition workflows. That public overview is not a specification for every Workforce Now application. Prepare your resume around the actual posting and inspect any information the application imports.
Use the actual application as your guide
The employer’s form determines required fields, accepted documents and the next steps. ADP’s general recruiting page describes configurable tools; it does not establish universal parsing or screening rules for candidates.
Readable work history
Use clear role titles, employers and accurate dates. Standard headings and a simple layout are practical ways to make information easier to inspect. Do not present them as proof that a particular ADP parser will otherwise discard an entire section.
Keep screening claims bounded
A missing field is a reason to review the application, not evidence of automatic rejection. This review found no published universal score, keyword threshold or specific table-reading algorithm for every ADP Workforce Now employer.
