How to cancel your Jobscan subscription (2026)
Canceling Jobscan Premium stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund past charges. Jobscan’s Cancellation Policy says to follow the Cancel Membership instructions on your Account page. Your account then moves to a Free Membership after the current billing period ends. Save your resume versions and notes before then. If you want to keep editing and download a finished resume without a subscription, you can import that text into Guul.
Save your files first
Before you touch billing, preserve what you already wrote. Moving a draft does not cancel the old subscription.
- Download or copy the resume versions you tailored in Jobscan.
- Copy any keyword notes you want to keep into a document on your device.
- Keep your billing emails. Jobscan’s Cancellation Policy says your Account page shows your billing period.
- Jobscan’s Cancellation Policy says confirming the cancellation is your responsibility. Keep proof that it went through.

Open your Account page

Follow the Cancel Membership steps and any confirmation screens until Jobscan shows the membership is canceled.

If you are in a free trial
Jobscan’s Help Center says you can cancel during the trial and won’t be charged. It also says the trial applies only to select Premium plans.

Refunds
Jobscan’s Cancellation Policy says cancellation does not issue refunds automatically. It says refunds are granted only if you dispute a charge within 2 calendar days of the billing period start and have not used the service in that period, and that a fee of 3.5% of the payment applies. Requests go to support@jobscan.co with the subject “Refund Request,” and Jobscan decides case by case. Guul does not process Jobscan refunds.
Importing a draft into Guul does not cancel Jobscan. Jobscan’s Cancellation Policy says Premium features continue until your current billing period ends, then the account moves to a Free Membership.
