How to cancel Resume Now (Resume-Now.com)
Resume Now (resume-now.com) says you can cancel yourself from your dashboard, or by contacting support by phone, email, or chat. Save your documents before you cancel. Importing into Guul does not stop Resume Now billing.
Save your files first
Before you touch billing, preserve what you already wrote. Moving a draft does not cancel the old subscription.
- Download any PDF or Word file already available. Otherwise, copy the on-screen text into a document on your device.
- Screenshot the layout you care about.
- Keep the receipt email, the last four digits of the card, and the rough charge date.
- Do not delete the account until you have confirmed that billing has stopped.

Cancel from your dashboard
Open your dashboard, account, or subscription settings and cancel, using the options your account shows.

If you can’t find the option, or you need confirmation, use the phone, email (customerservice@resume-now.com), or chat options on resume-now.com/contact-us. Check which phone number is current on the Contact page before you call.

Save the confirmation (check spam)
Save the cancellation confirmation email. Resume Now’s Contact FAQ notes that it may land in spam or junk, so look there before assuming it failed.

If a charge appears after you cancel
Compare its date with your confirmation, and ask Resume Now which period it covers.
Resume Now does not publish exact dashboard menu names, so we don’t guess them. Verify the current options on Resume Now’s Contact page.
Refunds
Resume Now’s pricing page mentions a money-back guarantee. Ask for a refund separately, through Resume Now’s official support. Guul does not decide Resume Now refunds. Canceling is not an automatic refund.
