How to cancel your ResumeLab subscription (2026)
Canceling ResumeLab stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund past charges or move your resume. ResumeLab’s Terms of Service say you can cancel anytime by contacting customer service, or on the online cancel page under My Accounts and My Settings. Save a usable copy of your resume before you change billing. Then, if you want a one-time download instead of another renewing plan, import that text into Guul.
Save your files first
Before you touch billing, preserve what you already wrote. Moving a draft does not cancel the old subscription.
- Download or copy your resume text while you still have paid access.
- Screenshot the layout you care about. Formatting rarely survives a move.
- Keep the receipt: the email, the charge date, and how the charge appears. ResumeLab’s Contact page lists ResumeLab.com, ResumeLab, BLD*ResumeLab.com, and PayPal *RESUMELAB.
- If you published an online resume, ResumeLab’s Terms say canceling may not unpublish it. Unpublish it in your account if you want it offline.
How to cancel a ResumeLab subscription
These steps come from ResumeLab’s own pages. Guul cannot cancel for you.

Open My Accounts and My Settings
ResumeLab’s Terms of Service say the online cancel page is under My Accounts and My Settings. The exact label in your account may differ.

Finish canceling
Choose the option to cancel your subscription and follow any confirmation screens your account shows.

Save the confirmation
ResumeLab’s Terms say it emails a cancellation number to confirm. If none arrives, contact customer service, as the Terms direct.

Contact support if you can’t cancel online
ResumeLab’s Contact page lists (888) 985-4543 (Monday to Friday 8 AM to 8 PM CST, Saturday 8 AM to 5 PM CST, Sunday 10 AM to 6 PM CST) and contact@resumelab.com. Ask for written confirmation that auto-renewal is off.

Menu names and support hours change. Verify the current phone number and hours on ResumeLab’s Contact page, and the cancel steps in its Terms of Service. If your account shows something different, trust your live account over any guide, including ours.
Refunds
ResumeLab’s Terms of Service say it may issue a refund if you cancel before a trial period ends, and that it does not guarantee refunds after a trial has expired. Canceling does not reverse an earlier charge. Guul does not process ResumeLab refunds.
Importing a draft into Guul does not cancel ResumeLab. Paid download features may stop when the paid period ends, so confirm the end date with ResumeLab and save copies on your own device first.
