Decide whether you need a wider career suite
Hiration advertises resume creation and review alongside interview practice, cover letters and LinkedIn optimisation. If several of those jobs are on your list, investigate how they work together and which are included in the offer you select.
If your immediate problem is a resume you cannot format or confidently send, start with that narrower task. Guul provides a workflow for importing, editing and checking a resume before purchasing downloads. A larger advertised feature list matters only if those features are useful to your own search.
Compare edits using a single difficult entry
Choose one experience entry that is genuinely difficult to explain. It might contain a promotion, a move from support to engineering, or a college project relevant to your first role. Bring the original facts and the same target vacancy to each editor.
Inspect whether suggestions clarify your contribution without changing your role or inventing a result. Ask whether you can keep preferred wording and change only the part that needs improvement. Do not judge output by how polished it sounds before checking what it says about you.
Make the final document part of the decision
A useful comparison continues beyond generated text. Check headings, section order and how your longest entries fit on the page. Find the export formats and inspect the file you intend to submit. If Word output matters, establish exactly what your chosen plan and design can provide.

Ask what the review actually measures
A review can comment on structure, wording, extracted fields or job relevance. Those findings have different meanings. Prefer advice that names the problem, points to the affected text and gives an action you can check.
Guul explains its scoring approach publicly. Its simulated ATS previews do not establish the result inside an employer’s live system. Apply the same standard when considering another vendor’s claims: ask what was tested, which output was used and what the result cannot tell you.
