How to cancel your Kickresume subscription

Kickresume’s Help Center explains how to unsubscribe in Account Settings: open Subscriptions & Billing, then click Cancel Subscription. Canceling stops recurring payments at the end of the billing period. Kickresume says you will not get a refund for payments already made. Guul cannot cancel or refund Kickresume. Save your files first, then import them if you want a one-time download.

Save your files first

Before you touch billing, preserve what you already wrote. Moving a draft does not cancel the old subscription.

  1. Download any PDF or Word file Kickresume still allows while you have Premium access.
  2. Copy your resume text into a backup file on your device.
  3. Screenshot the layout you care about.
  4. Keep your invoices from Account Settings, under Subscriptions & Billing.

How to cancel a Kickresume subscription

These steps come from Kickresume’s own pages. Guul cannot cancel for you.

    Open Kickresume Account Settings

    Sign in and open Account Settings (Kickresume’s Help Center links to this page). If you subscribed on the website, use the web account.

    Open Subscriptions & Billing

    Select Subscriptions & Billing in your account settings. That is the name used in Kickresume’s Help article “How do I unsubscribe?” (checked 2026-09-24).

    Click Cancel Subscription

    Click Cancel Subscription and follow the confirmation on screen until Kickresume shows that renewal will stop at the end of the period.

    If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play

    Cancel in that store’s subscription settings, because the store handles the billing. Canceling on the Kickresume website will not stop a plan billed through the store.

    Contact Kickresume if you can’t find the option

    Contact Kickresume through its Help Center, or email hello@kickresume.com (the address in Kickresume’s Terms). Ask for written confirmation that auto-renewal is off. Guul does not process Kickresume refunds.

Kickresume’s Help Center says canceling stops recurring payments at the end of the period, and that you will not get a refund for payments already made. Their Terms describe extra withdrawal rules in some cases; check the current Terms. Guul does not process Kickresume refunds.
