How to cancel your Resumaker subscription (2026)

Canceling Resumaker stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund past charges or move your resume. Resumaker’s official site is resumaker.ai. Its Cancel Subscription page lets you cancel with the email you use to sign in, and its Pricing page says you can also cancel in your account or ask support to do it. Save a usable copy of your resume before you change billing. Then, if you want a one-time download instead of another renewing plan, import that text into Guul.

Save your files first

Before you touch billing, preserve what you already wrote. Moving a draft does not cancel the old subscription.

  1. Download or copy your resume text while you still have paid access.
  2. Screenshot the layout you care about. Formatting rarely survives a move.
  3. Keep the receipt: the email, the charge date, and the amount. Support may ask for them.
  4. Resumaker’s Terms of Use say your content is kept after you cancel until it is deleted, and that Resumaker may not email you first. Keep your own copy.

    Enter that email and follow any confirmation screens until the page says your subscription is canceled. Screenshot the result.

    Resumaker’s Pricing page says you can upgrade, pause, or cancel your plan yourself in your account. The exact label may differ, so look for your plan or subscription settings.

    Contact Resumaker if it does not work

    Resumaker’s Contact page has a form with a Cancel Subscription topic. Its Terms of Use list support@resumaker.ai. Ask for written confirmation that renewal is off.

Refunds

Resumaker’s Pricing page describes a 14-day money-back guarantee: cancel within 14 days for a full refund. Its Terms of Use say fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started, and that canceling stops charges from the next period. Canceling does not reverse an earlier charge. Guul does not process Resumaker refunds.
