Unknown resume charges: identify Paddle, Auxiliant, BLD*, and MOL*
Your bank statement may show the name of a payment company, or a short code, instead of the resume builder you remember. A company that takes payment on a builder’s behalf is called the merchant of record. An unfamiliar name does not mean the charge has nothing to do with a trial you started. This guide helps you match common statement names to likely products, using official, dated pages from the builders and payment companies. Then you can cancel in the right place and keep a usable copy of your draft. Guul cannot reverse another company’s charge.
Before you call the bank
- Screenshot the statement line: the name shown, amount, date, and last four digits of the card.
- Search your email around that date for receipts, “trial,” “subscription,” or “Paddle.”
- Think about whether someone in your household may have used the card. Shared cards are a common cause.
- Do not delete builder accounts until you have written confirmation that billing is canceled.
| What your statement shows | Likely product | Where to start | Our guide |

| PADDLE.NET* ENHANCV | Enhancv (Enhancv’s Help Center says its charges include the word Enhancv) | Enhancv’s Billing page, then Cancel Subscription; or email help@enhancv.com | How to cancel Enhancv |
| Auxiliant S.à.r.l. / Auxiliant | BOLD’s Terms name Auxiliant for certain payment disputes (Luxembourg) | Match the receipt to your Zety, MyPerfectResume, Resume Now, or LiveCareer account email | How to cancel Zety (or the matching brand) |
| BLD*Zety / PP*ZETY-style codes | Discussed publicly as codes for Zety and other BOLD builders. Check against your Zety receipt. | Zety’s Contact page, or My Plan in your Zety account | How to cancel Zety |

How to identify an unknown resume-builder charge

Look up Paddle charges on paddle.net
If the statement line includes Paddle or paddle.net, Paddle’s own FAQ says you can visit paddle.net to see which product the charge is for, and to cancel or ask for a refund if you qualify. Paddle takes payments for many software companies, not only resume builders.

Tell Enhancv apart from other Paddle charges
Enhancv’s Help Center (checked 2026-09-24) says Enhancv charges always contain the word Enhancv, for example PADDLE.NET* ENHANCV. If you do not see Enhancv, Enhancv says to contact Paddle to find out which product billed you.

Auxiliant handles payments; it is not a resume builder
BOLD’s Terms of Use (checked 2026-09-24) name Auxiliant S.à.r.l. for certain payment disputes. Use your receipt email to see which BOLD product you actually used (for example Zety or MyPerfectResume), then cancel through that product’s official steps.

Cancel through the product’s official steps
Once you know the product, open our matching cancel guide or the builder’s Contact page. Ask for written confirmation and the date it takes effect. Canceling is not automatically a refund.

Keep your draft, then import if you still need a PDF
Save any TXT or PDF exports first. If you still need a PDF, import on Guul Resume Rescue and buy One Resume ($4.99, one time) instead of another renewing plan. It gives unlimited PDF and Word downloads of that one resume for 30 days from purchase, with no renewal. Importing does not stop the old charge.
Open Resume Rescue
Statement names and payment arrangements change. If your statement differs from the table, verify with paddle.net, your receipt email, or the builder’s Contact page rather than a screenshot from another site.
What Guul can and cannot do
Guul cannot reverse a Paddle, Auxiliant, or builder charge, file a dispute for you, or promise a refund from another company. The table above is a guide to help you identify charges. It is based on official payment-company and Help pages and dated public sources, so always check it against your own receipt. We don’t give advice on bank disputes (chargebacks).
