How to cancel your Enhancv subscription

Enhancv takes payment through a company called Paddle, so your statement may show something like PADDLE.NET* ENHANCV. Enhancv’s Help Center says to cancel on the Billing page: click Cancel Subscription, answer a short survey, and confirm. Then refresh Billing to see “Canceled” and the date your Pro access ends. Canceling stops future charges but is not an automatic refund. Save the exports you are allowed first. Then, if you want a one-time download, import them into Guul.

Save your files first

Before you touch billing, preserve what you already wrote. Moving a draft does not cancel the old subscription.

  1. While you still have Pro access, download any PDF or Word file you are allowed to keep from Enhancv.
  2. Copy your resume text into a file on your device as a backup.
  3. Screenshot the layout you care about.
  4. Keep the receipt email, and note how the charge appears on your statement (it often includes Paddle and Enhancv).

How to cancel an Enhancv Pro subscription

These steps come from Enhancv’s own pages. Guul cannot cancel for you.

    Open the Enhancv Billing page

    Sign in and open your Billing page (Enhancv’s Help Center links to it). Unsubscribing from the newsletter does not stop payments.

    Choose Cancel Subscription

    Click the Cancel Subscription link on the Billing page. That is the name Enhancv’s Help Center uses (checked 2026-09-24).

    Answer the survey and continue

    Answer Enhancv’s short cancel survey, then click Continue.

    Confirm the cancellation

    Confirm when asked. Enhancv’s Help Center says a success message appears when the cancel is complete.

    Check for “Canceled” and the end date

    Refresh Billing. Your subscription should show as Canceled, with the date your Pro access ends. Enhancv’s Help Center says you keep full Pro editing and downloads until that date.

    Ask for a refund separately if you qualify

    Canceling does not request a refund. Enhancv’s refund article says to email help@enhancv.com with the payment date, amount, and last four digits of your card (or your PayPal email). Guul does not process Enhancv refunds.

Enhancv may rename the Billing page or the Cancel Subscription link. If what you see is different, verify the current steps in Enhancv’s Help Center rather than a screenshot from another site.

Refunds

Enhancv’s Help Center says canceling does not request a refund. Monthly plans are generally not refundable. Quarterly and Semiannual plans may qualify for a partial, pro-rated refund; check Enhancv’s current Help article to confirm. To ask, email help@enhancv.com with the date, amount, and last four digits of the card. Guul does not process Enhancv or Paddle refunds.

Importing a draft into Guul does not cancel Enhancv. Enhancv’s Help Center says Pro access continues until the paid period ends after you cancel. Check the end date on your Billing page.
