Record the required file type, page limit, naming pattern and mandatory fields from the current notice. If the college supplies a format, use it. Guul cannot certify that a custom export meets rules that have not been checked. Keep a copy of the instructions alongside your application version so a later edit does not accidentally remove required information.
Where you have a choice, Cornerstone can organise the material without a complex visual hierarchy. Prioritise the degree, graduation status and strongest relevant project. Use the original grading scale and keep institutional names consistent with your records.
